1/ Due to the high demand of quick turn around orders, we reserve the right to substitute individual products. It is important to us that product fulfillment is completed with the highest quality and care, but on occasion substitutions may occur of greater or equal value for a particular item.
2/ Packages for fruit baskets: Maxim’s moon cakes if sold out, we may substitute Wing Wah moon cakes. Change to double yolk white lotus seed paste moon cake will charges additional for each box.
3/ We reserve the right to change & matching the color of decoration for all our flower products, fruit baskets & gift baskets.
4/ If required, the sender will receive a photograph of the sent arrangement on request.
5/ Delivery : Monday – Saturday 9:00am – 6:00 pm. Nevertheless, we will try to arrange the delivery with your required time. For specify date & time delivery, we reserve the right for additional charge.
6/ Cakes, Wine, Chocolate must be purchased with florist products or fruit baskets.
7/ Modify order : Please contact us at (852) 2307-5311 or fax to (852)2782-2277 or email to write us with the change details, please quote your order/Invoice number in our communication, we will reply to you as early as possible. Note that some modifications may not be accommodated if the order has been processed.
